All products sold by Lizzy Lane Designs are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped to you.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the file formats listed in each product description before purchasing
- Please check product listings carefully before purchasing as file formats and contents are clearly described
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or technical issues on your end.
4. Payments
All transactions on lizzylanedesigns.com are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service of your chosen payment provider.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- We do not offer payment plans or installment options at this time
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe or PayPal.
5. Refund Policy
Because all of our products are digital downloads that are available immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds.
However, we want you to be happy! Here’s how we handle issues:
- Defective or corrupted files: If you receive a file that is defective, corrupted, or not functioning as described, please contact us via the “Contact Form“. We will fix the file and send you a corrected version as quickly as possible.
- Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation fairly.
- Change of mind: Because digital files cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please read product descriptions carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing!
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.

When you purchase from Lizzy Lane Designs, here is what you are and are not permitted to do with our files:
Personal Use
You are welcome to use any of our products for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Print them, use them in your digital planner, decorate your journals — enjoy them!
Small Handmade Commercial Use
Select products are licensed for small handmade business use. You may use eligible designs as part of a handmade physical product that you create and sell in small quantities (for example, incorporating journal ephemera into a handmade junk journal to sell at a craft fair or in a small online shop).
The following conditions apply:
- The digital files themselves may not be sold as-is or included in a digital product bundle
- This license is intended for small-scale handmade sellers only — mass production and wholesale use are not permitted
- Credit to Lizzy Lane Designs is always appreciated!
Not Permitted:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital files in their original or modified form
- Using our designs in print-on-demand products or services
- Using our designs for large-scale commercial purposes without an extended license
- Uploading our files to any other platform or marketplace
- Claiming our designs as your own

8. Sharing & Transferring Your Purchase
Each purchase covers a single-user license. Our files may not be shared with, transferred to, or distributed to any other person. If someone you know would like to use our products, please direct them to our shop to purchase their own copy.
